What can I draw/can't draw

I can draw :

- Male characters
- Furry (Maybe not all types but ask me)
- Human/humanoid
- Lewd/nsfw

I can't draw :

- Integral or complex armor
- Feral
- Hard Gore
- Phobia/Trigger Warning drawings
- Problematic drawings
- Specific kinks

Warnings

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Basics

- Commissions are for Personal Use only. (Unless commercial rights are purchased.)- AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.- Not first come, first serve.- Please give a clear reference of your oc. (Flat colors, tattoos or complicated markings on a transparent png, I can refuse the commission if you don't give me a clear reference).

Payment Rules

- Paypal ONLY- Payment will always be in euros- All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform.- Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 2 weeks or will be declined.

Revisions

- You can ask me some wips- Revisions are only available during the sketch phase.- Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.

Deadlines & Delivery

- I don't take too short deadlines (Ask me if you're not sure.)- I don't have estimated time for me to finish your commission (Sometimes I can be quite busy so I do what I can.)

Use

- My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights

- I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.- I may use the artwork to promote myself and my services.- I may post the artwork on social media and in my portfolio.- I may use the artwork to create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).

You May

- Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).- Print the art for yourself.- Post it on Social Media with credit to me.

You May Not

- Use the artwork commercially without permission.- Commission art/services using my Design/Work.- Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.- Remove signatures/watermarks.- Resell or redistribute the artwork.- Modify the artwork without my consent.- Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.

Refunds

- I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
- You may cancel before payment is made.- Once payment is received, refunds are not available.- Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

Filing a chargeback will:

- Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.- Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).- Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.- Result in a formal complaint against you.

Communication

- Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.- Please be respectful in our discussions. (I can cancel the commission if you're disrespectful).

Vtuber Models/Designs

- Don't edit the model without my permission.- If you order the art only, you will have psd file for the rigger.
I consider my psd files as "private" so don't post them in public or to someone who is not your rigger.- If one day you no longer want your model, I’d like to know.- It is not because I "only" did the design of your oc/outfit that I am not entitled to credits.- Don't use AI with my designs.

NSFW

- I'll never post the full nsfw commissions on my accounts, only on my patreon- I assume I can use your nsfw commission for my patreon. (if you do not want it to be posted there, there will be a small extra charge).

Blacklist Policy

- Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist.- The blacklist may be shared with other artists.

Final Agreement

- By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
